Safe dating challenge 5k
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, a novice runner or a couch potato who wants to change her ways, the Her Times 5K Run/Walk is a safe place to stretch your legs, find your wings and accomplish your personal fitness goals with the support and encouragement of a couple hundred women just like you.
Too often, it seems, women are trailing behind men.
Kid race divisions will be as follows: 1 mile, 1/2 mile, 1/4 mile and a toddler trot.
(Child can run any distance they want.) Entry into the kid races are FREE as long as you pre-register. Please fill out a separate entry form for each child.
After the race, each organization groups its participants into an unlimited number of four (4)-person teams in order to determine the race's top teams.
Awards are presented for individual and team performances.
Series events are conducted in public parks and streets.
Participants must deposit all trash in provided receptacles, including at Water Stations, where they must take care to avoid hitting other participants with discarded cups. Violation of any of the rules indicated herein, in the Race Pack, and/or in the race day announcements, may result in disqualification of any participant, team, and/or entire company for this and/or future events.
Runners must wear their bibs on the front of their torsos, where they can be visible at all times.
